Background

Catenin is a cytoskeleton protein, which has three subtypes of ex, P and Y. It has two functions: signal conduction and cell adhesion. It is mainly used in the study of metastasis and infiltration mechanism of various malignant tumors such as colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, etc.
