Background

CD20 is mainly expressed on B cells, Pro B cell anaphase and other B cells expect Plasma cells, CD20 Antibody does not cross-react with T cells which possesses better cellular specificity to B cell lymphoma and acute & chronic lymphocytic leukemia, etc.
