CD30

Background

CD30 is a member of tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and a positive regulator of apoptosis. CD30 is expressed in monocyte and polynuclear reed Sternberg cells, most of anaplastic large cell lymphoma and different proportion of active T cells and B cells. This antibody can be used to identify Hodgkin's lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and primary cutaneous CD30 + T cell lymphoproliferative disease.
