Fascin is a highly conserved actin bundle protein, which is located in the microfilaments and stress fibers involved in the formation of microfilaments. It is mainly expressed in dendritic cells, lymphoid cells, myeloid cells and plasma cells are negative, and it can be detected in RS cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma. EB virus can induce B cells to express the antigen. Fascin Monoclonal Antibody can be used to label RS cells.
