The a-chain reaction of immunoglobulin A (IgA) with immunoglobulin IgA is an antibody that plays A key role in mucosal immune function. It has some auxiliary significance in the differential diagnosis of plasma cell tumor and lymphatic plasma cell lymphoma, and can also be used for the functional classification of glomerulonephritis.
