Background

IgG antibody is a large globular protein with a molecular weight of about 150kDa composed of four peptide chains. It contains two identical heavy chains of approximately 50 kDa (γ) and two identical light chains of approximately 25 kDa, so it is a tetramer quaternary structure. Studies have shown that IgG antibodies can be used to evaluate kidney biopsy, autoimmune diseases, and identify plasma cell tumors and non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
