Background

Lung resistance-related protein (LRP) is a protein with molecular weight of 104-110kda. It produces drug resistance mainly through the obstacle of drug transport between nucleus and cells, or the entry of drugs into cytoplasmic vesicles and atrial division, so as to reduce the effective concentration of target drugs. LRP can be expressed in a variety of tumor tissues, and its positive expression indicates insensitivity to chemotherapy.

Pathological Antibodies
