Background

Microchromosome maintenance protein 2 (MCM2) is related to the occurrence and development of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The expression intensity can reflect the activity of cell DNA replication. The pathogenesis of NPC involves the abnormality of MCM2, which can better reflect the proliferation rule of cancer cells, distinguish non cancer cells and cancer cells, and is closely related to the occurrence and clinical progress of NPC.
