Background

PSA is a kind of glycoprotein synthesized by prostatic epithelial cells. At present, it is considered to be one of the specific tumor markers, which is mainly used in the judging of prostate cancer and metastatic prostate cancer, but it can not be used as the differential judging of benign and malignant prostate diseases. Because, the vast majority of prostatic hyperplasia epithelium are positive.
