TAG-72

Background

Tumor-associated glycoprotein, also known as TAG-72, has the characteristics of mucin. It is expressed in most adenocarcinomas, such as colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, but not expressed or weakly expressed in normal tissues. The antibody can be used to differentially diagnose adenocarcinoma and mesothelioma.
